This piece consists of several small fabric sculptures and their “home”, constructed from a secondhand quilt. Each sculpture offers a unique sensory experience with an emphasis on touch-ability and play. The endless potential for reconfiguration and exploration serves as an invitation for collaboration between the artist and the new owner. Additional empty pockets on the quilted base offer further customizability as the owner is encouraged to contribute their own treasures and belongings to the small “ecosystem” of objects.
